Going Strong In My 3rd Week
Kickboxing is such a blast and I feel like I am getting more toned and stronger every day. I have made it my personal goal to go to a class every day. That would be about 3000 calories burned through that alone. Well here we go. I need an eating goal for the week too...maybe it should be to not give into a craving. Hmmm interesting. Well more later.
